1. Subscription Plans
SongCanvas offers a free tier with limited generations and a Pro subscription with unlimited access. Pricing details are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page.
2. Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. All prices are listed in USD.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. SongCanvas does not store your payment card details. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
4. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
